Jessie, Office Manager

Jessie is from Lewisville, but she currently resides in Denton. She was an administrator for a  dental assisting school but eventually transitioned to working at the front desk. She wants to help our patients discover that visiting the dentist doesn’t have to be a negative experience.

Jessie has enjoyed over 15 years of marriage to her husband, Tim. They have three children – Daisy, Garrett, and Collin – along with a grandchild named Zaylen. Jessie is a professional karaoke singer, and she also enjoys reading, golfing, and playing with her dogs.

Nikki, Insurance Coordinator

A native of Pittsburg, California, Nikki began her career in the oral health field as a dental assistant. She eventually switched to working in the front office, which was a smooth transition thanks to her previous administrative experience. She’s proud to work with such a fantastic group of women, and she always looks forward to helping patients with their dental benefits.

Nikki is a special needs mom with two wonderful boys. She has a fraternal twin sister who looks nothing like her! When she’s not at our office, you can often find her spending time with her boys; she likes to take them swimming and baking.

Esther, Clinical Manager/RDA

Esther is from Grand Forks in North Dakota. She actually received her dental training in the United Kingdom. In Texas, she is a board-registered dental assistant who has earned nitrous certification. Having spent more than 35 years in the dental field, she has been trained in dental sleep therapy, TMD treatment, cosmetic dentistry, and clear aligner therapy. Getting to interact with patients is one of her favorite parts of the job.

When she’s not at the office, Esther likes to make cards, t-shirts, and balloon art.

Nelia, Dental Assistant

Nelia is originally from Wilsonville in Oregon, which is the state where she completed a nine-month dental assisting program. She loves getting to see the results of a patient’s smile transformation, and she does all she can to help our practice maintain a calming atmosphere.

Nelia has three siblings, and she currently lives with her older sister. Outside of the office, she spends a lot of time in nature, often taking walks and runs. She also likes cooking, crafting, and simply spending time with her friends and loved ones. She has traveled to Kenya on two separate occasions and hopes to visit again in the future.

Sam, Dental Assistant

Hailing from Carrollton, Sam attended the DFW Dental Assisting School. She has a dental assisting license and has completed a Digital Smile Design course. She treasures the opportunity to bond with patients and help them feel more comfortable in the dental chair.

Sam has two siblings: an older brother and a younger sister. She also has a cat named Milo. Her hobbies include drawing, painting, making clay sculptures – basically anything artsy.

Jacquie, Dental Hygienist

Jacquie is a native of Titusville, Pennsylvania. She has more than two decades of dental experience, most of which was in private practice. She has completed advanced courses on full-mouth rehabilitation at Roseman Dental School. She loves having the chance to speak with so many different patients and learn more about them and their families.

Jacquie is married to Simon. Together, they have three boys and two dogs. Outside of the office, Jacquie spends a lot of time taking care of her family and attending Gracepointe Church in Denton; she also enjoys reading when she has a spare moment.

Kristy, Dental Hygienist

Kristy’s hometown is Flower Mound. She earned her associate degree in dental hygiene at the Lamar Institute of Technology. She has spent over 14 years working in the general dentistry field in the North Texas area, which has allowed her to help many of her friends and loved ones with their smiles. She fully embraces the chance to teach her patients more about oral health and how it can affect them.

Kristy has a husband named Bryce, two boys named Brenner and Brooks, and three dogs named Luke, Nelli, and Smalls. She also has a twin sister who happens to have boy/girl twins! When she’s not on the job, she spends a lot of time watching her boys play baseball. Her other interests include traveling and spending time outdoors.

Lindsey, Dental Hygienist

Lindsey hails from Lantana. She initially studied dental hygiene at Tarrant County College and got her master’s on the topic from Texas Woman’s University. She has more than 12 years of dental experience. She enjoys getting to work with so many great people and serving our wonderful patients. She also says, “Dr. Mackie is the absolute best boss!”

Lindsey’s family includes her husband and her children. She likes loom knitting in her spare time, and she also enjoys reading, hiking, and snow skiing.

Dani, Dental Hygienist

Originally from Collinsville and currently residing in Ponder, , Dani has a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene. She has well over a decade’s worth of dental experience. She is proud to currently be working at Loretto Family Dentistry and loves the positive work environment.

Dani has a husband, a daughter, and a bloodhound. She likes to spend time with her family, and she often watches movies and goes outside. When she has a spare moment, she enjoys baking, cooking, and crafting.

Susan, Dental Hygienist

Originally from Plano, Susan attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center and earned a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She considers developing relationships with patients and showing them ways to achieve optimal oral health to be her favorite part of the job.

Susan is married and has one daughter, and she has a fraternal twin sister. Outside of the dental office, she frequently spends time gardening, practicing yoga, and reading.
