But before you take the next step toward better oral health, we want you to have a better understanding of what you can expect from our office. Your First Visit
We will ensure you are able to access your new patient paperwork online so that you can complete the forms before you arrive. Doing so will ensure that you spend less time waiting in our lobby. However, you are welcome to enjoy the coffee and/or water that is provided. Once you’re called back for your appointment, a member of our team will escort you to a room to review your paperwork and medical history and take any necessary digital images. We will conduct a short interview as well as take digital X-rays and photographs. We will then record periodontal measurements before one of our hygienists completes a professional cleaning. Dr. Mackie will then come in to examine your smile and discuss any problems and/or solutions that are required.
We will craft a treatment plan that includes various fees and review it with you. This will also allow us to go over dental insurance and financing information. We will then follow up with an email, requesting your feedback and/or review.

Your new patient paperwork is available online so that you can easily complete the necessary information before your first appointment. This will cut down on your wait time in the lobby and ensure a more timely, efficient .
